Processing Time

Due to increased demand, processing times may be slightly delayed. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
For example: If you place your order on Monday, it will typically be shipped on Wednesday or Thursday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
Lumerins cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.


Delivery Time

Standard delivery typically takes:

  • EU Countries (Germany, Austria, France, Sweden): 5–10 business days

  • Rest of Europe: 7–10 business days

Please note: these are estimated delivery times. Your order may arrive earlier or slightly later depending on customs, local couriers, and seasonal demand.

If your order has not arrived after the estimated time frame, please contact us with your order number so we can assist you.


Shipping Costs

We offer free premium shipping for all orders.
This includes insurance against loss, theft, or damage during transit.


Incorrect Address or Order Cancellation

Entered the wrong address or need to cancel your order?

Please contact our customer support within 24 hours at:

After 24 hours, your order may already be processed and we may not be able to modify or cancel it.


Where Is My Package?

Once your order has been packed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your shipment through the carrier’s tracking page.

Note: Orders may occasionally be shipped in multiple parcels for logistical reasons.


Tracking Number Not Updating?

Tracking information may take up to 5 business days to update due to carrier delays or customs processing.
We kindly ask for your patience during this time.


Package Not Delivered in Time?

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 21 days at:

We will open an investigation with the carrier.
Please note: After 21 days, we may not be able to trace the package.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to assist.
We offer replacements within 30 days of purchase.

Please contact us at info@getlumerins.de with photos of the item and your order number.
Replacement items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
